About Holly O'Hagan and TBPA
With over 17 years at the heart of the racing and bloodstock industry, Holly founded The Bloodstock PA to provide trusted, discreet, and highly specialised administrative support to racing owners, breeders, and bloodstock professionals who need things handled properly — and without fuss.
As an experienced Racing & Stud Secretary and Personal Assistant, Holly understands the fast pace, complexity, and constant demands of managing thoroughbred operations. Organised, efficient, and detail-driven, she takes care of the day-to-day administration that keeps racing and breeding businesses running smoothly, giving clients the time and headspace to focus on their horses and their results.
After entering the industry in her early-twenties, Holly quickly found her strengths in managing complex workloads, coordinating moving parts, and bringing structure to busy operations. Known for her strong communication skills, discretion, and calm approach, she has become a reliable and trusted support to some of the industry’s most respected professionals.
Holly began her racing career in Newmarket with trainer Robert Cowell, where she built the office and administrative systems from the ground up. Over 14 years, she played a key role in developing a highly organised and successful racing and breeding operation. She later continued in a similar role with trainer Sean Woods following his return to Newmarket from Hong Kong.
Alongside these positions, Holly worked closely for a decade with Mr Malih Al Basti and Al Basti Equiworld, Dubai. This involved managing and streamlining administration for a large and complex bloodstock portfolio, including horses in training, mares, foals, yearlings, and stallions across Europe, as well as supporting sponsorships and industry events. This experience gave her an exceptional understanding of the level of organisation, accuracy, and professionalism required at the top end of the industry.

Holly draws on all of her experience to offer The Bloodstock PA service built on integrity, precision, confidentiality, industry knowledge and reliable communication. Whether supporting a single owner or a larger operation, dependable assistance is offered to protect time clients time and reputation.
In addition to administration, Holly also pulls on her creative background in professional designer floristry to coordinate bespoke race day events. From full concept planning to elegant tablescaping, she helps create memorable, polished occasions that reflect the quality and prestige of the racing world.
Her passion for racing began young with her late father, Glenn Roeder — a professional footballer, true racing enthusiast, and owner — and continues to shape the care and commitment she brings to every client she works with today.
